Before you begin
- An active Mawidi sign-in.
Open the right workspace
- 1Sign in and open Dashboard.
- 2Choose Overview from the dashboard navigation.
- 3If the item is not shown, ask an owner to check your access and the account package.
Understand what you see
- 1Use the side navigation to move between the areas available to your role.
- 2Use the language control to switch between English and Arabic.
- 3Review notifications and cards that identify work needing attention.
- 4A missing tab can mean your role, sector or package does not include it; ask an owner before assuming there is an error.
How to know it worked
- • You can open an available module and return to Overview.
If something goes wrong
- Refresh once if dashboard data is stale; do not repeat a save or payment action while its result is unknown.
- If the problem remains, open Support and describe what you expected and what appeared.
