Before you begin
- Waitlist access where the module is available.
Open the right workspace
- 1Sign in and open Dashboard.
- 2Choose Waitlists from the dashboard navigation.
- 3If the item is not shown, ask an owner to check your access and the account package.
Configure and test
- 1Create or open the intended waitlist and review its public details.
- 2Copy the signup link and open it signed out.
- 3Submit a clearly identified permitted test, then confirm it appears once in the list.
- 4Manage entries using only the available status or offer controls.
How to know it worked
- • The test entry appears once under the correct waitlist.
If something goes wrong
- Check the exact public link and list filters before repeating a signup.
- If the problem remains, open Support and describe what you expected and what appeared.
