Before you begin
- Pulse access and the active business context required by the screen.
Open the right workspace
- 1Sign in and open Dashboard.
- 2Choose Pulse from the dashboard navigation.
- 3If the item is not shown, ask an owner to check your access and the account package.
Read the state before acting
- 1Open a case and review the source event and detected issue.
- 2Treat a proposal as a suggested action until its approval and execution state say otherwise.
- 3Review the latest revision and its consequences before an available approval action.
- 4Confirm the recorded outcome separately after execution.
How to know it worked
- • The case timeline clearly shows observation, proposal, approval, execution and outcome states that occurred.
