Before you begin
- Reviews access and an available review record.
Open the right workspace
- 1Sign in and open Dashboard.
- 2Choose Reviews from the dashboard navigation.
- 3If the item is not shown, ask an owner to check your access and the account package.
Review the record
- 1Select the review by customer, date and source where shown.
- 2Read the full available feedback before taking action.
- 3Use only the response or follow-up action shown for the record.
- 4Confirm the resulting state before leaving.
How to know it worked
- • The review shows the expected current response or follow-up state.

- If the problem remains, open Support and describe what you expected and what appeared.
