Before you begin
- Owner access and the provider account or credentials requested by the setup screen.
Open the right workspace
- 1Sign in and open Dashboard.
- 2Choose WhatsApp from the dashboard navigation.
- 3If the item is not shown, ask an owner to check your access and the account package.
Connect, then prove it
- 1Choose the connection option offered in your dashboard and read its prerequisites. The setup may offer Connect with WhatsApp or a credentials form; follow the route your account shows.
- 2Enter only the requested provider information and save once. Never paste a credential into a support ticket or guide example.
- 3Read the displayed state after saving: a saved setup, a connection in progress and a connected channel are different states.
- 4With permission, send one clearly identified test from an allowed number and confirm the conversation appears in the correct inbox.
- 5Record the displayed result before changing credentials or reconnecting.
How to know it worked
- • Connection status and the real test message agree.
If something goes wrong
- If the setup is saved but no connected state appears, reread the provider status and number, then follow the displayed recovery path before reconnecting.
- If the test message is missing, check the correct inbox and test number first; do not resend while delivery is unknown.
- If the problem remains, open Support and describe what you expected and what appeared.
