Before you begin
- Access to the relevant appointment, order or quotation.
Open the right workspace
- 1Sign in and open Dashboard.
- 2Choose Appointments from the dashboard navigation.
- 3If the item is not shown, ask an owner to check your access and the account package.
Read the correct payment record
- 1Open the customer transaction and locate its displayed payment or deposit status.
- 2Match the amount, currency, customer and reference before taking action.
- 3Read whether the record is pending, paid, failed, refunded or another state your account displays; do not infer a state that is not shown.
- 4Use only the payment actions available for that record and your role, and verify the resulting row or receipt after a permitted action.
- 5Treat subscription invoices in Billing as a separate account expense from customer payments or deposits in Appointments.
How to know it worked
- • The status is tied to the correct customer transaction and reference.
If something goes wrong
- For a discrepancy, collect the non-sensitive transaction reference and use Support; never include full card data.
- If the payment result is pending or unknown, do not resend or mark it paid manually; recheck the record and displayed status first.
- If the problem remains, open Support and describe what you expected and what appeared.
